Pupil Information & Emergency Contact Details

We will issue all pupils with their annual PKC Data check information sheets today. Please check these carefully and return them to school as soon as possible.

Please return your emergency contact record sheet to school as soon as possible if you have not already done so - extra copies are available from the office.  Many thanks to everyone who had done so already.

(P1 pupils - green sheet / P2-P7 pupils - orange sheet)

We will review our school records and check if we have 'General Outings' consent and 'Video & Photography' consent permissions for all children.  If your child does not have consent we will send a new form home for you to consider.

We now use Titter and our school website on a daily basis to celebrate our children's achievements and need your consent to include photographs or videos of your children.
